Dr Simon Dolin has extensive experience as an expert witness in the following areas

His interest is defining diagnosis, causation and prognosis in complex cases of both personal injury and medical negligence. He has had extensive experience in assessing quantum for damages, and defining appropriate levels of support versus self management for patients with chronic pain and disability. This is often complex formula which requires fairness to both defendant as well as the bill payer.  He has experience of court attendances for both tribunal work and criminal cases.
